This would be a matter of routine in an incident of this nature I would

And why did he run away?
Where is the evidence that he did? I doubt he even realised that the barrier
had descended, since he had no reason to imagine it would, given the absence
of any red flashing lights and the fact that the barrier had only raised a
few seconds earlier. HGV rear view mirrors are no more angled to show the
roofline of the vehicle than mirrors on any other vehicle.
Please read the link then you might be able to post without making a fool of
yourself yet again.
