Front Windscreen: 25% (they must let 75% light through)
Front Windows (i.e drivers and passengers): 30% (70% light must get
through)

Presumably the actual restrictions are a bit more detailed than that.
Saying that they must have a transmission of 75% or more is a bit
meaningless without any notes on the direction, polarisation or wavelengths
used during the test.

Also, is that for both directions, or just for light entering the vehicle.
