If your licence has full class P entitlement on it, then you've got a full
licence for a 50cc/30mph plastic fantastic - as seen underneath your
friendly local 16yo chav.
Anything bigger will need both L-plates and a CBT.
Anything bigger than 125cc will need a full bike licence.
However - having done my CBT last autumn, I'd say that - even if you don't
*need* to do it, you ought to. It's worth it.
I've never looked at the market for used hairdryers - but I'd suspect
they're either brand spankin' new or utterly thrashed and abused to within
an inch of their lives. They are not built or used with the long term in
mind...
