Picture the scene...im pulling a 45ft trailer on a trunk run last night and
stopped in at Alnwick services. The layout of the services is int he shape
of an upside down "U" with the shops/tills in the middle. Im about to leave
and a red Punto zooms past me, so i drive around the bend of the "U" and
reach the straight part where the said Punto is sitting in an area cleared
marked in 4ft high white letters "KEEP CLEAR". I actually need this space to
exit the services so I drive on as far as I can with the trailer geting very
vrey close to the car then I have to stop. I wait. And wait. Eventually the
penny drops and the Punto moves up closer to the cab (theres plenty room for
it to get out completely) and stops. Again I move as far as I can without
crushing it. And I waited. And waited. This time the punto moved slowly up
the inside and the female driver stuck the finger up at me and roared off..
Charming. Sorry for being there bitch.
