Once while going down to the M40 towards London we saw a nice 05 reg
Mondeo positioned exclusively on a grass bank! It was a good 10 feet
from the hard shoulder and how it got up there I do not know, although
it was still pointing in the right direction, the police were aiding
the situation...

I do remember when for two weeks in a row, we saw 2 ditched 'hot
hatches'/typical young driver cars, facing forward into the woodland
after leaving the road on an NSL single carriageway.
