Not really. Where it happened is damn near the furthest point on the M25
from Dartford.

Even if he'd only just left base, surely if he wanted to go to Purfleet or
somewhere similarly just-north of the river at Dartford, he'd go round the
top of the M25?

Unless, of course, he was just taking the stuff for a few laps of the M25
for a bit of sightseeing...?
