Well actually I tooted after I had braked to avoid him but before he passed
the truck. He obviously had no idea I was there (or he wouldn't have pulled
out) so, as per the Highway Code, I was makiing him aware of my presence...

Thats my story anyway.

I probably toot someone about twice a year. If that.
