How many fixed penalty notices were issued to motorists for
contravening red lights in each London borough last year?
Answer by Ken Livingstone (2nd Term)

Last year 4,432 fixed penalty notices were issued to motorists for
contravening red lights by the MPS. A further 43,500 were issued to
motorists by camera activations. Please see Appendix A for copy of the
borough breakdown for both."
