The owner of this house has dropped their asking price from £170,000
to £160,000 to £150,000 to £140,000 since late June; a 17.6% drop in 4
months or about 50% per annum assuming the drop in value continues at
the same pace.
Unfortunately it is a sign of the times and yet again, it is those at the
lowest end of society who suffer the most.
You would think that a self-styled "successful businessman" would get his
own house tidied up a bit though.
