I was following some numpty yesterday who slowed to 10mph to drive
over a road hump then revvved the arse out of his car to get to the
next hump which he crawled over and so on. He arrived at the end of
the street in exactly the same time as he would have if he'd have
driven at a steady 20mph, but he used much more fuel.
