Full marks to the cyclist but the errant driver only got 14 months,
once again demonstrating the leniency shown by our car-centric legal
system towards its fellow motorists.

And what was the point of banning him from driving for 3 years?
He was already banned when he stole the car.

Presumably it will be added to the previous ban.
