Seeing as a credit card is required to hire one, I fail to see why so
many go astray - maybe a larger deposit is required, perhaps combined
with a reward scheme for returning/finding a cycle.
It's a great idea, I really hope they find a way to make it work - why
do some selfish d***heads want to spoil it for everybody else?
