How he unded up under it I do not know

That is a somewhat different claim to the one in your other posting.

That is because being "sucked" was how it was reported to me - I am stating
that because I was not there I do not know (and possibly neither does anyone
else) how he really ended up there.

The end result was he ended up dead as somehow he ended up under the lorry.

As I also said there was no blame - nobody said the driver was speeding or
too close or swerved etc and nobody said that the child swerved or tried to
do something stupid.

What everyone did seem to agree aparently was that he shouldn't have been on
the road as it was too busy (not as busy as the same road is now).

So I agree that cycling on the pavement is illegal but sometimes cycling on
the road is not safe but people on here cannot agree on cycle route
facilities.

Cycling is or in most cases is safe but if you are injurred or a member of
your family is injurred or killed then you look for blame - sometimes nobody
is to blame.
