I've no knowledge of the specific course, but I know that it was
advertised on the cam.misc newsgroup. You may be able to find some
information via a Google groups search there.

May be useful, and if you're interested in the theory, "The Bicycle
Wheel" by Jobst Brandt is the book to read.
