Must have been one of those car-thief cyclists. I was surprised to see
not one but two car-thief cyclists[1] actually filling the tanks of the
cars they'd stolen the other day. Surely it would be quicker, cheaper
and easier just to steal another car?

1 - I could tell they were cyclists because, although it was dark, both
left the filling station without any lights on
