the HC rule you refer to is:

Stopping distances

105: Drive at a speed that will allow you to stop well within the distance you can see to be clear.


A little more intellectual honesty on your part might not go amiss.


Am I the only one having difficulty fitting a ***-paper between these two supposedly different versions of the highway code?
