tall and skinny

Guys and gals,

I'm at a loss to find some half-way decent winter gear to fit my
6'5" 10-and-a-bit stone frame... It wasn't such a problem in the
summer, but everything I've got for the cold winter is just too
drafty.

Thus far I have:

Lusso repel bibtights (too short so I can't sit up with the
bib done up
Altura long sleeved base layers (too baggy around the chest
and arms)
Nike arm warmers (too big around the tops of my arms so they
don't actually stay up)

And a wide assortment of jerseys that are too short and too baggy
around my chest, and as a consequence bathe my skin in cold air
every time I'm out.

I've managed to fix a lot of this by wearing the arm warmers over
base layers, but it's not ideal and ultimately not actually that
warm..

Any recommendations for clothing for the tall and svelte? Everything
on the market seems to be tailored to fit the broad-chested
tree-trunk-thighed alpha male, and there doesn't seem to be that
much out there that fits.. um.. me.

Many thankages,

Andy
.
