What he was wearing is unimportant but the fact he was unlit and riding
the pavement means I personally I would not call this bloke who happens
to be on a bike a 'cyclist'.
It's a shame but often people who don't cycle will see someone
exhibiting poor cycling behaviour and then feel justified in making
sweeping generalisations about all cyclists.

Yeah, you'd never get anyone in here making sweeping statements about other road users ;o)
