OT: I don't believe it!!!

I had thought that after Hurricane Katrina the US would wake up to the
problems of pollution and climate change - perhaps even sign an
International agreement or two, such as the Kyoto Protocol.
Instead what have they done? They've repealled several fuel standards
allowing the sale of high sulphur content fuel.
