No.

On the evidence we have so far, you have to commit an act of significant
evil to create a horcrux. Of course, there might be another way, but
Rowling is normally scrupulously fair in making sure you have all the
evidence available to unravel her plots, so I should be very surprised.
D's death may of course have been faked, but again I don't think so, if
only because of the portrait. I think D. is irrevocably dead.
