2. Competition open to UK residents over 18, except employees of Times

their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition.
3. TNL will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. TNL takes
no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible,
corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
4. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Only one entry per person. The prize is non-transferable, and cash
alternatives are not available. No part or parts of the prize may be
substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
6. The winners will be the first complete entry drawn at random from all
entries received before closing. The prize includes:
Return flights for two people to Munich from London. Flights must include a
Saturday night stay in Germany. Travel excludes Christmas, New Year,
Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both in the UK and Germany).
Fully inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay. Driver must be over
the age of 25 and have held a full drivers license for a minimum of 2 years.
Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver,
supplementary liability insurance, handling fees, local taxes, airport fees
and environmental taxes.
3 Nights accommodation for two people at the Schlosshotel Lisl. Hotel is
officially classed as a 3 Star. Accommodation is based on two people sharing
a twin/double room (winner?s choice) with ensuite on a bed and breakfast
basis only

Guided tour of Neuschwanstein Castle for two people. Tour will be with an
English-speaking guide and will last for around an hour.

7. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date. All
reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time.
If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves
the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received
before the closing date as specified at entry. In the unlikely event that
the prize cannot be provided the winner will be given a prize of equal or
greater value.
8. Winners must agree to their names and general locations being used for
publicity purposes by The Times and Sunday Times newspapers in any and all
media. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before
receiving their prize.

stating for which competition you would like winner's details.
10 Any breach of these prize draw rules by an entrant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
