Entry open to UK, CI and IoM residents aged 4 to 12, excluding the children of employees of Kerry Foods, their agents, their
associated companies, third parties or any person professionally connected with the administration of this promotion and their
immediate families. All entries must be hand drawn and in colour on A4 paper and be suitable to pass through a mechanical sheet
feeder I.e no objects to be stuck to the picture. Entries cannot be computer generated or photographic. In addition all entries must
be accompanied by the signature of a parent or other guardian.
All entries must have the entrants name, full address, phone number and age on the back, aswell as who the grumpy relative is e.g my
grumpy aunt.
By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in
the promotional material.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries and accepts no responsibility for entries lost,
delayed, damaged or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
Entries will not be returned.
One entry per person.
There are 2 main prizes of Crayola colour store art sets and having a drawing featured in Richmond advertising to be won, in two
separate judging sessions. The first closing date is for all entries received up to and including 31st May 2006. The second closing
date is for all entries received after 1st June 2006 and up to and including 15th June 2006 and the third and final closing date is
for all entries received after 16th June and up to and including 15th September 2006. Entries will be only be added to the
competition corresponding to the date received. In addition, there are 1000 Crayola art set runner up prizes judged from all entries
after the final main prize judging session.
The prizes will be awarded to the competitors who have, in the opinion of the judges, created the most imaginative and amusing
pictures of a family member.
Winners will be notified in writing as soon after the appropriate closing date as possible and not later than 14 days following the
corresponding closing date.
Entries must be received via the competition website www.richmondsausages.co.uk/smile or by posting to the following promotional
address: 'Draw a Grumpy Relative Competition', PO Box 113, Welshpool, SY21 7XZ.
Each main prize winner will have their drawing featured in at least one piece of consumer advertising for Richmond Sausages. By
entering the competition entrants and their parents/guardians agree to the free and unlimited use of entries for promotional
purposes.
The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value
and amend any of these terms and conditions or close the competition.

SW6 1YH between 1st July 2006 and 30th September 2006.
The promoter reserves the right to publish names of competition winners [however the winning drawings will not be attributed] or
[and reserves the right to attribute the winning drawings with the winners' first name and age].
The decision of the promoter in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
