OT: insurance problems

hello all,
didn't know where else to ask (i'm a lurker)......i'm having a real ding
dong dispute with norwich union about some bad information they gave me and
i'm not sure of the ground rules or, indeed, my ground. can anyone point me
in the direction of a newsgroup, site, yahoo group....anything.....that
might give me access to some help? have tried the c.a.b. but their info
seems patchy and it's murder to get through to them on the phone....
