Heh. I had more than that yesterday, and I'm not meant to cos I'm pregnant
(and I've already done 2 work Christmas parties over the past 2 weeks), but
it does tend to be quite self-limiting, cos I find I just can't drink more
than a tiny sip at a time anyhow, so it takes about an hour to drink half a
glass. My nan, who never drinks, lost a tooth yesterday morning, so she
broke the habit of a lifetime and actually had at least 2 glasses of champagne.

I was expecting Benjamin's favourite to be a box that something came in, but
he's actually sitting playing with his dad and the new wooden train set.
Although I'm not sure which of them is enjoying it the most. Oh dear, the
big monster has come and destroyed the track now ...

Are we not allowed to call them binmen any more? I can't say I'd noticed.
Hmm. Hope my neighbour puts my rubbish bag out for me, cos I'm still at my
mum's for now. I tried doing the 'get rid of things out of the fridge that
should have been eaten by Friday' thing for breakfast, but the first thing
I found was a slightly unpleasant tasting cream cake, so I've given up with
that and my mum is doing chips and turkey for them, and I'm having some
Christmas Eve (ok, 2am Christmas morning) soup and fresh bread rolls before
heading off for the football. (I hate boxing day home matches, there's no
public transport, but my little brother is going this year as well, so he's
arranged a lift. Yay)

Happy Christmas.
