bf had a phone call telling him he was a runner up and had won a holiday,
was given a freephone number and reference number to claim. I told him it
would be timeshare and not to bother, but the people just phoned again. This
time I answered. she said he entered a competition at
http://www.getmeaticket.co.uk/ on 14/8 and he was a runner up and why had he
not claimed his prize, someone was waiting to take his call. She stated his
d.ob. as if to prove it was genuine. I said I believed it was timeshgare so
he would not be ringing. She sounded fed up - now I'm wondering if I made a
mistake?
Anyone else get this call?
