Sorry to hear of your problem, but try to keep cool about it. You *know* it
was not you and chances are it'll all sort itself out in the end. My Dad had
a similar incident where he was sent a fine for illegal parking, but the
vehicle described was nothing like his and he had not been anywhere near the
area - they'd got the registration down wrong and it came out as his car. He
was on chemo at the time and just didn't need that sort of aggravation so
after one polite letter didn't sort it out I got on the phone and gave them
what for - thankfully that sorted it out and all was resolved. I'm sure
you'll find the same, so try to keep calm.
