I don't think they're actually classed as 'CVH'.
Heh - unless they took a CVH petrol engine, and went to the trouble of
changing the injection system, fuel filtration system, cylinders so the
compression would be suitable for derv, etc etc. I think most people found
this too much hassle and just dropped a derv lump in there.
Aye, but it was built around the CVH petrol lump by Ford.
