Arresting someone is othing to do with charging them with a crime it is
just a means of keeping them in the police station against their will.
Unless he was a right evil *** he'd be there on his own voilition I
imagine. The reporter has also missed the fact it isn't an HGV. Unless
they changed the law in the last few years.
You can drive or could drive rather, up to 7 tons I believe, with a
Class 3 license. I am zenning this though. Can someone clear it up?
