Brake tool (piston push back)

Hi all

I'm going to revert back to my old ways and start doing a few
maintenance jobs on our vehicles
Is there a universal tool to push the piston back when changing pads?

BMW 330
Grand Cherokee
Mecedes vito van
Citeron berlingo van

I though that there may be a kit on the market that does most
