Ok, so you`re 100% certain the bulb didn`t blow? You`re 100% certain it wasn`t a fault as I described on a VW Polo, where your brake lights will fail at random intervals and the first time you know anything about it is when the light starts flashing again? You`re 100% certain there is no fault with your vehicle are you, just because a light isn`t coming on any more?
Seriously, how hard can it be to realise that a red light that you can`t identify means get the car checked out by someone who knows something about cars - a salesman at a dealer is NOT someone who knows about cars.
