That reminds me of when I was under my Volvo 740 estate, and my littlest
'un toddled out to the driveway to see what I was doing and turned the
handle on my trolley jack. I've never moved out from the bottom of a car
so
fast in my life. ;-)
Eek!
Am I being overly paranoid by never getting under a car supported only by
a trolley jack?
If there's not an axle stand or an effing big bit of wood holding the car
up, I'm not sticking my head under it... Mechanical jacks aren't as likely
to pack up like a trolley jack can, but they never have as wide a base as an
axle stand.
