I'm going to put a radio I took out of a dead Sierra into a non-ford
vehicle, so simply plugging in isn't an option. I cut off a bit of the
wiring with the radio, and the wires are -
Brown
Yellow
Green/yellow
Red/white
Red
I once had a note of what connected to which, but now I can't find it.
Anybody help please?
Re: Increases horsepower and Save fuel ... I once heard on my Shortwave radio about a guy in Alabama who builds ... that antenna and his CB radios will kill the electronics in a vehicle.... Seven HP equals 5222 watts, or 373 amps at 14 volts. ... (rec.autos.tech)

Re: Right to your own cars servicing records.. ... if that vehicle has its battery disconnected during servicing at another garage - the radio will stop working.. ... The question was whether the owner had a legal right to read the garage's service records for his car - including reading the "owner's code" for the radio. ... This doesn't reflect well on the garage, by now I'd have written it up on a blog site and emailed the link to their UK head office customer services to see what they said. ... (uk.legal)
Re: Latest mobile phone offence ... This was a topic of discussion on the BBC Radio 2 ... That's because the offence is handling it. ... It is now considered an offence even if it is SWITCHED OFF and the vehicle... is stationary in a traffic jam.... (uk.legal)
