We had the exact same problem on the same caravan about 10 years ago, it has
been dubbed up for selling, the seller (a joiner) had very cleverly hidden
the problem. The third time we went away I noticed the front o/s was
lifting while it was being towed, looked into repairing it, quickly
realised it was the usual time over cost equation, the whole front quarter
was rotten , and it is extremely difficult to attach repair brackets to
fresh air!

Used it as was untill the end of the season (watching it in the mirror
nervously) then broke it for spares sold the lot! one person kept coming
back for all the interior woodwork as he was bulding a motorhome, even sold
the by this time empty shell to someone who wanted the base for a trailor,
almost covered the costs!

I agree with David, probably what you don't want to hear, at that age it has
no value, except to you, exactly the same as us at the time.
