I haven't done it for a few months since I started changing things
around to work out what was causing collarbone problems. Tried it
last night and only managed to do 95kg (admittedly this was after
I had already done other things for chest workout whereas I
normally used to do BP first) so I'm going to have to start
working on it again and build it back up.
That's still a lot for someone so, erm, slight :) ! 3 sets of 10?
Yeah, when I built up to 110, I was doing it in reverse, with 12, 10
& 8, going up a weight each time until I hit whatever the max was
for that period.
What bodyweight?
I'm only 66kg - trying to bulk up again now though. I'd gone up a few
kilos and then did a period of cutting which got me back to this
weight (but looking a better shape) so time to build up again now.
110kg is rather impressive for someone of your b/w !!!! What were you
squatting?
