Stop drinking; see if you start to lose the lard. If not cut back

and second to start
building muscle again?
Resistance training.
What supplements should i be taking
(Creatine/Glucosamine/Whey Protein?) And how can i combine this
with a training regime to achieve what i want - ideally to drop
back down below 13 stone but with much greater % of muscle.
How many days do you plan on training per week?
Id really appreciate any help you can offer especially in repspect
of diet and protein/carb intake.
Many thanks

Hey Bully,
cheers for replying,
yes will stop the alc and see what that does.
Can you guess? I'm sure you won't be surprised!
how much kcals should i be intaking daily? somewhere between 2/3000
just to maintain current status? so therefore intake should be between
15/2500? i will try as you suggest.
I would start on 2,500 [incl 200g of protein].
as i need to improve my diet can you suggest some sturcture for me to
do so - ie what should i be eating, in what split/quantity?
Post your current diet and we can start from there!
When i was climbing hard i did 4 days (3-4 hour sessions, combining
high intensity repetitions, and easier but longer duration climbs)
work 3 days rest, ive just finished building my home climbing wall so
i will have easy access to that and have purchased free weights plus
bench, also have punch bag rigged up in garage too. i know from
previous that the more exercise i did, the more i wanted to do. so in
answer to your question i'd like to do as much as i can - i have
several free hours each day in the evening.
One hour per day is sufficient. How will you train your legs? What upper
body exercises do you plan on doing?
thanks for your help and look forward to your advice
cheers
