Beer and every other Alcohol is a complete nonsense. It has zero nutritional benefit, so the calories are purely calories that will diminish your results.

Have a glass of red wine if you want, but that's about it.

No reason you can't have an Indian. Any Carbohydrates are what you are after. Don't "drink" the fat laden "juice" but there's no reason why you shouldn't enjoy it.

Just give the alcohol a miss.

I mean how many olbs of fat can someone gain in 24 hours and vice versa?

Not much, but all those 1000's of pointless calories consumed through alcohol will have to be worked off over the following week one way or another. If you hadn't consumed them, you would be on your way to a further lb loss of fat.

Lose a pound of fat or get pissed, have a crap training session, and blow £50 down the pisser.

It's your choice.
