Do you think 2 hours I to long and a waste of time? I do exercises for legs, breast, arms and my stomach. Maybe I should try a so called "split" where every training day an other part of the body is being trained.
You don't necessarily need to do a split, but 2 hours, IMO, is way too
long for a weights workout - at least it if hypertrophy (growth) is
your goal.
