sorry, when i said wanted to do arms what i meant is do some
concentration curls for biceps, would that be ok to do even if tricpes
are sore (i know its hitting 99% biceps, but wont triceps get knackered
slighty?).
Maybe with pullovers im moving my arms instead of chest, ill check what
im doing. Also, i do find bench press definetly works my triceps. If i
do tricep kick backs to start off with then bench press i wont be able
to hit my limit, generally i do stuff like bench/shoulder press to
start with while triceps still fresh.
So is 4 days soreness anything to be worried about? Can i work biceps
while triceps sore?
