Good gym in Portsmouth?

I'm going to be spending a few weeks in Portsmouth in September. On the
off-chance, does anyone know of a good gym in the area? I'm after one
with good free weights facilities - I'm not bothered about fancy
machines or cardio suites or the like. I'll be near the Portsmouth
Harbour train station.
