Indeed you do, which is why I find your refusal to refer to A and B gauge so
odd. "GPO" is fairly meaningless as all styles of 1/4" jack plugs were
originally telephone switchboard plugs, likewise TRS clearly refers to any
type of three-pole jack plug.

common in patch bays.
