Sure I do that, but I like the added dimension. I mean just think - if
you could meet the performer and he said, "try listening to it this
way", you might get a bit more out of it.

It's a nice day and there's new kit to play wiv, so the avoidance of serious
work is being undertaken with some rigour shay mwah....**

I've recorded a whole side of a fairly wacky album (Side 2 first,
naturally..) with the new/old Technics deck on the new/new toy amp's own
phono stage and my recently acquired new/old/NOS Goldring Mk II high output
(2.5 mV) MC cart.
