Hello. Group newbie with a dilemma.

My beloved old NAD 302 amp died the other day - sounded like it

suffocated.

I need a new one quickly, and auditioning isn't an option for

reasons too

complicated to go in to here.
I have an Arcam CD 72 and Kef Q35.2 speakers. Very occasionally a

NAD 533

turntable or an iPod may be connected. My absolute maximum to spend

is

£500.00. So, is it the NAD C352, the Marantz PM7200 or pay the max

and go

for the Rotel RA-03?
I can't make up my mind for longer than 10 minutes at a stretch.

All suggestions and comments (well, decent ones anyway) will be very
gratefully received.

If you were happy with the NAD then buy another - they should at least
sound the same.

NAD amps get good reviews, although check it has a turntable/phono preamplifier - most don't. Budget an extra 30UKP at least, plus consider the hassle of extra box/cables/mains plug. I had a Marantz 7200 for a while, fine as they go with a turntable preamp - 270UKP at Richer Sounds.
