The lower parts of Band 3 are used for radio comms purposes. Dabble is
on the upper part of that band, so in principle you could be right
saying that is the band centre, but DAB is on the upper part of the band
and a small part of that, so perhaps more correct to centre it on the
bit thats used perhaps.

Especially in the context of the argument referred to.......
