Definitely not.  I'm thinking of the OHL failure in the Hayes area that
damaged 43138's cab.

OK thank you. Yes - at about 13.00 on Sunday just outside Hayes near
Airport Junction with HSTs on the down fast backed up to Paddington.
And on the up fast FGW units backed up to Slough. The down and up
local lines were OK. Delays extended right through to the late
evening. A few weeks ago SMTs (scrap metal thieves) cut signalling
cables in the area. Maybe this time they were after the high tension
OH cables!! CJB.
