I think that would have been the CPC - ex-Brown & Polsons [any relation?], later Cerestar - loco, I remember seeing it a few years earlier when on an evening tour of the system in open wagons beind an MSC diesel.
They used it to bring in coal, IIRC.
That mill was the last user of the Trafford Park Railway for outgoing products, and still brings in its cereals by ship.
