No.
Almost all of what TP writes is ''good''.
Tony has provided more discssion catalysis than a goodly number of
other regulars.
He is only percevied as ''bad'' by those who dis-agree with him.

Tony is capable of providing many good discussion points, and often
does.
Agreed. It's the ubiquitous trainspotter tag assigned to those with
different opinions that really grates, plus the refusal to provide
credible sources/references on the grounds of supposed civil service
confidentiality. We could all say that, couldn't we? I also find the
glee with which every new rail project is put down rather surprising,
but then I do not subscribe to simplistic neo-liberal economics...
