Re: BTP too busy to study cycle theft video

The owner of a cycle stolen from a cycle shed at Portsmouth & Southsea

have the time to study the video recording to get a visual image of
the thief.

Yet they do have time to harass photographers and to get in the way of
railway operations during periods of disruption (if the ones at Euston
are anything to go by).

The force is clearly unfit for purpose.
