And at the end of that four years of disruption, the existing capacity
constraints at New St will be.... completely unchanged.
When is the industry going to step up and solve the great New Street
Question?
When we have a change of Government.
The prospects for high speed rail can only improve under a new
Government in which case the problem probably disappears to some new
Parkway station.
New Labour doesn't do transport because they are all girls and they
only do all that girly Guardian stuff.
