Imperial Wharf will be built on a busy passenger railway, meaning that
work is considerably more protracted than it will be at Corby. That
alone should explain the extra cost.
Imperial Wharf will be at the top of an embankment and have two
platforms with stairs and lifts and so on. Corby should be little more
than a single platform halt on a level brownfield site. I'm surprised
they're managing to spend £3m on it.
