Yes, the photo makes it pretty clear.
Dismantling such a long bridge without damaging it would make for an
extremely expensive operation, so it would not be practicable.
However, I think BR/Railtrack/Network Rail have a reasonably good
record of making dismantled historic structures available to
preservation societies.
